Following government guidance and keeping our customers safe during Covid-19 is our main priority. As of this, we are adding safety guidelines to be followed during appointments outside of the office: home viewings.
So, if you have arranged a home viewing, please abide to the following measures we have put in place:
- Wear a mask throughout the viewing, we will provide you one if you forget but it is advised that you bring your own. The members of Cerris there will also be wearing mask.
- Do not enter the property you are viewing until your Sales representative has confirmed the process for entering the property safely with you.
- Only attend the appointment either by yourself or with one other member of your household/one other household: no children are permitted to attend.
- Adhere to social distancing.
If you choose not to follow the above regulations, your appointment will not go ahead. Remember to stay safe and help to stop the spread of Coronavirus.
