During these times its important that not only you are kept safe during a viewing but also our staff. So, to ensure the wellbeing and safety of yourself and our sfaff we ask that you follow the guidelines below when attending your viewing.
Please ensure you attend your viewing appointment alone or with one other person from your household.
Please meet your sales representative at the property you are going to be viewing, if for any reason you are unable to find the property please contact your sales representative on their mobile so they can direct you.
When entering the property, you will find a PPE pack which includes gloves, shoe coverings, face mask and hand sanitizer which we ask you to use, please ensure this equipment is put on before entering the property. Once you have completed your viewing please take your protective equipment home with you in the bag that has been provided.
We would ask you not to touch any surfaces while you are visiting. You will find all the internal and external doors open to allow you to look around the property thoroughly without the need to touch anything.
Whilst you are walking around the property your sales representative will place themselves in an area of the property where social distancing can be maintained to answer any questions or queries you may have.
We would ask that you do not bring your children with you for this viewing appointment. It can be difficult to stop children from touching surfaces and playing with items and at this time, Government guidance advises that we do not touch things unnecessarily.
We appreciate your cooperation and support through this challenging time by allowing us to follow the Government guidelines to ensure we keep both yourself and our employees safe.
